Trilogy Diamond Engagement Ring   no comments

Do you want to seal your promise of forever with your loved one with an engagement ring that will signify your love for her in the past, the present and the future? Then let the trilogy diamond engagement ring tell your story.

Love stories are worth telling and recollecting and they are made to be remembered for the sake of recollection. They are bond to strengthen further relationships and therefore are signified usually not only with priceless gifts but also with band such as an engagement ring. What makes a trilogy diamond engagement ring very popular is that it carries the purpose like that of the anniversary rings. It is perfect especially for those who are sentimental with memories that are worth keeping.

The three diamonds are specifically designed and they are bounded to be different with other traditional rings. And the three stones are bound to be in the band with no other additional stones for accentuation. The three diamonds are enough to give the elegant factor of the engagement ring. The diamonds in this engagement ring have similar sizes and would carry a higher carat, adding to the expensive nature of the ring. The diamonds should be relatively big to give emphasis and identity of the trilogy diamond engagement ring. The suggested shapes usually would be round and princess shaped diamonds.

The arrangement of the three stones in the trilogy diamond engagement ring is also given emphasis. The diamond at the center is higher or elevated than the other stones to signify the present. Also the words past, present and future can be engraved in the band as well.

Then you may also consider having a plain wedding band right after to match the trilogy diamond engagement to give emphasis to the significance of the ring. It is like allowing the two rings to work hand in hand in the spirit of elegance and love.

Although the trilogy diamond engagement ring is said to be quite expensive compared to other engagement rings, the expense should not be the center of the reason why a woman should say yes to the proposal of marriage, but the effort of the man which gives high regard to the sentimental reasons behind the love story.

This internet business makes us money anywhere we go   no comments

My sweetheart was already up and answering questions from the emails we get about our internet business. We sell software for marketing any kind of business online and, it really is a great business to be in. Anyone can start this business for very little money, and have access to some of the best software, thousands of dollars worth of software.

We do really well with the sales of this software but also do really well bringing people into this internet business. This is a complete turnkey affiliate program, that blows anything I’ve ever seen away. She loves to get all of this taken care of in the morning but, were here to be taking it easy and, not thinking about business. She smiles, and says, we have six more people in our business.

Nothing about this business should surprise us anymore. It’s the best home based business we have seen, and believe me, we have been marketing on the web for awhile. It has changed our lifestyle and, not just with material possessions. We all know what we would like to buy in our life time, but we have the time and money to do what ever, when ever.

Time to make a coffee to go, and head into town to get ice for the cooler. Weather man says the rain is gone and, its going to be a beautiful sunny, but warm day. We are going to the falls, an awesome place to hangout. This is where the river comes in to this lake, and by the time I get back, Deb we’ll be finished taking care of our business.

The coolers packed and, everything we need is in the boat. This place is not hard to get to, but is hidden from the lake so not too many know about it. There’s this perfect place to slide the boat into, up against a gigantic flat rock, and this rock is connected to the shore, and in less than a minute we are in the pools below the falls.

Where there in no time, and I can see the falls have a little more energy from all that rain. But even still, the current where we hangout out is easy to manage. There are these sandy bottom pools about three to four feet deep, with a rock ledge that you can sit on, and these pools are cool and clear. A perfect place to hangout on a hot August day.

She is still amazed about the six new people who just joined our affiliate opportunity. We can easily keep an eye on our business away from home, and have brought in nineteen people so far this month and, were also make money with the software. This is the perfect home based business for us, when we can spend most of the dog days of summer like this.

We have been doing this for almost a full 2 years, and have learned a skill that is going to keep us in a 6 figure income as long as we motivate and keep it going. But without the right people we would be know where, and like anyone else we had our doubts. All those get rich schemes can drive you crazy, but all I can say is this is, this is the best internet business out there.

Specious Animals Acceptable During Garden Wedding   no comments

by Jerry Blackburn

The one time you do not want to see any specious flowers or plants is during a garden wedding. Even as it is true that wedding planners are notorious for their use of these fake flora in order to bring to the forefront a certain mood or ambiance, within the confines of a beautiful garden wedding, these kinds of decorations should be avoided.

At the very heart of a nature setting is of course the purity of the elements as well as the purity of the emotions it evokes. Unadulterated love is being celebrated at this kind of outdoor marriage celebration and the clean air, the scents of the flowers, and the gentle rustling of the breeze in the tree tops makes for the ideal backdrop to this kind of occasion.

As a wedding planner you wish to ensure to preserve the integrity of the nature theme while at the same time working within the confines of the budget concerns your client couple may have as well as the available locations. Another thing to consider when planning a garden wedding is of course the weather. While many understand that a November garden wedding is ill advised ? no matter where in the country you reside ? because of the possibility of inclement weather, it is also true that with a bit finesse you will be able to present the kind of venue to your clients that comes close to the garden without actually being located out of doors.

Make yourself aware of local venues related to horticulture. These may include private rooftop gardens, large greenhouses, municipal conservatories, an enclosed portion of an arboretum, and a host of other locales where the outdoors are conveniently moved inside. Of course, if the weather cooperates, then the perfect nature themed wedding will be the garden celebration during the late morning or early evening hours when the sunlight is soft and the flowers are opened. The perfect sun will also show off your different engagement rings.

If you are outdoors, ensure that a rented canopy or tent is at hand and may be unrolled within seconds to cover the bridal party and the guests in case of a rainstorm. Furthermore, the wise wedding planner knows the local fauna as well as flora, and will carry ant spray, wasp repellent and also mosquito candles as a matter of necessity during such weddings.

Integrate the color scheme of the venue where the nuptials are being held and ensure that the flowers you will see during the ceremony may have their likenesses found on the cake as well. Some couples may wish to incorporate animals into their themed wedding and while this may make for a stunning ambiance it is wise to discourage this notion. Children present may seek to interact with the animals in ways that are not appropriate and if the reception is to take place in the same venue, the possibility of the animals ingesting food they are not permitted to eat is great. It is best to rely on just flora and other props for ambiance.

This article will discuss different ways to gain new clients and improve the quality of your product.

Improving these two skills will dramatically increase your income. Many copywriters are very skilled but fail to attract clients. To overcome this you must learn to sell yourself, this will help you set yourself apart from other freelance copywriters on the market. You need to make a portfolio of all your best work. It should also include a letter showing your qualifications, examples of your work, as well as testimonials from your previous clients. This way they can see some of your past projects and who you’ve worked for. If you can, reference as many Fortune 500 companies you have been affiliated with. Do not include potential customers in you letter if you are just starting out as a copywriter, only include past clients. If you are starting to do some freelancing work, be sure to include some of your work from an advertising agency if you can.

Posting your availability on elance.com or directfreelance.com will also help you gain new clients. These sites also allow you to research companies that you are interested in working for. Another way to gain clients is by reading the business section of the newspaper. Take notice of all the companies affiliated with your particular field. You may be able to turn this information into possible leads.

Improving your writing is very important as a copywriter. The best way to do this is to read books by the experts such as Dan Kennedy. His books are extremely helpful and will illustrate how to write successful copy. Specifically check out “The Ultimate Sales Letter,” it will help you improve your writing immensely. It is easy to read and he goes through several examples to illustrate his points.

Hopefully this article has helped you learn how to sell yourself and improve your writing. Time Magazine once quoted Stephen King stating that writing was like working out: The more weight you lift, the stronger you become. Copywriting is the same. If you apply these skills and write often, you will become a better copywriter.

Job Description for Salespersons   no comments

by Salvador Paez

Many people commonly exchange the words marketing and sales but in fact the two are very different things. Though both involve the exchange of products or services for money they go about things differently. Marketing is a bit more wide-scale while sales involves a lot of persuasion and direct interaction with clients. This article however is about sales and discusses thee qualities of salespeople.

People who work in sales are called by several names. These include brokers, salespeople,a gents and sales managers. As indicated by their different names, these people have unique ways of going about their work. Real estate salespeople for example, help people in buying property and goods. Pharmaceutical salespeople on the other hand must have a great understanding of pharmacy, medicine and the sciences before they can even think of selling their items to hospitals and health centers.

The most important thing for a salesperson is to know the product involved. They have no qualifications to sell anything they do not know about hence a mastery of both the product itself and its uses is vital for a salesperson’s success.

There are many kinds of salespersons, with different kinds of jobs. Sales brokers or seller agents, for example, are the traditional salespeople that we know. These are salespeople who represent their company or employers and try to make a deal with their client.

Transaction brokers are the people who don’t represent either of the parties involved in the purchase. They are usually involved in large transactions. The opposite of this is the disclosed dual agent, who represents both sides and is interested in making sure that both parties get a fair deal out of the exchange.

The final type of salespeople are the sales managers who implement sales rules and strategies. These are the bosses that mos salespeople look up to.

Consolidating Debt And Your Credit Card   no comments

Posted at 2:34 am in Business
by Nick Makaryk

Having a lot of credit card debt can be incredibly stressful; almost as if you are being crushed under the sheer weight of all of that debt. Consolidating all of your credit card debt into one payment can make things easier for you - in fact, consolidating your debts can save you a lot of money each month as opposed to making all of those separate payments.

There is a lot to be gained by consolidating all of your debt into one payment. The biggest benefit is that you will have a lower interest rate with a consolidated credit card debt payment than you would have from paying off your credit cards separately. This saves you money which could be better spent on other things.

Consolidating your credit card debt will also save you a lot of money as well. If you have managed to get yourself in debt, chances are that you owe a lot of money on your credit card, or possibly several different credit cards. Consolidation will put everything into one bill, making it easier for you to pay. Paying just one bill can help you save a lot of time, as well as prevent stress.

When you consolidate your credit card payments into one monthly payment it should be taken into consideration that although you are lowering your interest rate and making lower payments, the credit cards that you are consolidating will be terminated and the accounts closed. This may be difficult for some people, however when you consider that your credit rating will also improve, you may realize that it could be for the best.

When you take the decision to consolidate your credit card payments, it is advisable to seek out the assistance of a professional. There are many financial institutions which deal with debt consolidation, but you should do some research on the companies - determine what fees they charge and look for any hidden costs. Don’t be afraid to ask questions, this is a very important decision and you should be informed of all the factors involved.

Millions of people have had trouble with credit card debt. It is almost certain that everyone at one time or another will consider credit card consolidation. Credit cards are more than just a luxury, for some they are a necessity. It is very easy to take advantage and use them too much. All of a sudden you have incurred a huge debt, and you feel the stress of how to pay them off. Without credit card consolidation, it could take you up to twenty years to pay off all of your debt.

Make a list of all the credit cards you own and how much you owe on each card. This is what you will give to the financial institution that you have chosen. They in turn will contact these companies and make the best deal that they can with them.

Career Choice: There Are Many Options!   no comments

Posted at 2:22 am in Business
by George Purdy

Old concepts about how we spend our working life no longer apply. It’s no longer common for people to spend their entire career with the same company, and then retire with a pension and a gold watch. As our own choices expand and the world economy changes, career choice is not as simple as it used to be.

The idea of one’s career choice has completely changed from the landscape of fifty years ago. There are a much greater number of influences to be considered- your career environment, flexible schedules, and the need to challenge yourself in your chosen career- and these have caused a shift from the common idea of the nine to five job to something more evolved. Companies are constantly changing, and they need employees who can shift gears as quickly as they can change their entire business structure.

Some labor scholars have suggested that today a worker should be able to prepare themselves for a dozen different positions and jobs over the course of their working career. These jobs may be in a couple of different fields. This may make the average worker feel uncomfortable because their state of employment may not be as obvious. The career salary goals are most likely harder to pin down.

None of this should make you afraid of making the wrong decision or of the change brought about by navigating between different positions and companies. At the least, this constantly changing world makes it easier for you to make yourself happy at work. Flexibility can be a benefit, freeing you from a bad boss or an inefficient company, as long as you are confident enough to guide your career choice yourself.

A good place to begin is to make a list of the things you excel at, what fields interest you, and what kinds of work environments you enjoy. Consider those factors before your degrees, job experience, or qualifications. Whether you’re qualified to be a schoolteacher is quite different than whether you’d actually like to be one. Make your career choice carefully by thinking about how a given job will want you to work. How will they require you to solve problems? Will they create independent work or cooperative efforts? The number of possible jobs for you will instantly expand, and allow the possibility of considering a jump to an entirely new job field if it’s what makes you happy.

If you are feeling stuck or overwhelmed by the possibilities one should consider career counseling or work counseling. One that watches the job market and is plugged into the vast opportunities that are available can be very helpful in guiding you to a more enjoyable career choice - no matter how long it lasts for you.

The idea of getting trained, staying with one company, and retiring is slowly becoming antiquated. In today’s fluid, ever-changing economy, studies indicate that it is no longer unusual to change jobs every few years. Workers must be prepared to change both position and field of employment as required. One should not fear making a bad decision, or a career change. All you need is the confidence to make and pursue a proper career choice including a career salary. Finding a job is frustrating with so many choices. But, career counseling is a great way to narrow down job possibilities. A counselor will help you make the best choice.

Reward Your Customers   no comments

Posted at 2:10 am in Business
by Kim and Charles Petty

The formula for success for any business is to get your customers to make repeat purchases. There are a number of factors involved for getting repeat customers: pricing, quality of products and services, excellent customer service etc. One of the best ways is to reward your customers for their repeat purchases. Here are three effective customer reward programs you could implement: Number Of Purchases

This program is based on the number of purchases made by any customer. You could give away a free product or service to any customer that makes ten or more purchases. To make the program more effective you could require a set time period that all ten purchases must be made by.

Dollar Amount You can require a certain dollar amount be spent before the customer receives a reward. Tell customers if they spend over $50 in one month at your web site they get a 50% discount on their next purchase. You could also just reward one customer who spends the most every month with a bigger reward like a vacation.

Points System Reward customers a point for every one-dollar they spend. Lets say customers can get a free computer for 300 points. That means customers will spend $300 dollars on your products and services to get enough points to get the free computer. To push slower selling products or services just offer more points per dollar spent for those particular items.

The kind of rewards you give should depend on what your business can afford. Cheaper rewards could be gift certificates, coupons, clothes, or movie passes. Expensive rewards could be jewelry, vacations, bed and breakfast gift certificates, electronics or computer equipment. You may want to invest in a good database program to keep track of your rewards program. I also recommend contacting a legal professional for advice, set-up and the structure of your rewards program. I hope these ideas I’ve given you help make your business more successful.

Money - Do You Earn Money To Spend Impulsively?   no comments

Posted at 2:15 am in Business
by Tina T Willer

Do you make money and spend it quickly? Take this very short quiz here to see if you are an impulse spender. Please answer these questions truthfully:

1.) Do you have credit card debt, for purchases you could have done without?

2.) Do you run out of money before you next paycheck?

3.) Do you have more shoes and clothes in your closet than you could ever possibly wear?

4.) Do you own electronics you use infrequently?

5.) Do you have jewelry or other body ornaments that are collecting dust?

If you answered “yes” to any two of the above questions, you are an impulse spender. It would be wise to indulge yourself in retail therapy. This sounds like a joke, but impulse spending is a terrible habit, and can be hard to break. Many times we impulse spend, unfortunately, without knowing it.

Always put away a portion of your check into savings. Budgeting and setting money goals will help tremendously. Set a limit and budget on how much you will spend monthly on necessities, such as food, transportation and shelter and luxuries, such as another pair of black dress shoes.

Spending your money unnecessarily could hurt your family also. The money will not be there when a family crisis arises, that you could help financially with. Remember, necessities always first, then savings, then luxuries (very sparingly).

Even though we are not to blame for becoming impulse spenders, we must take control of curing ourselves. I cannot stress enough how important it is to take a long pause before buying a “luxury item”.

When you go shopping, make a list and take only enough cash to pay for what you have planned to buy. Leave your credit cards at home.

Take it from one who know firsthand, impulsive spending is not good. It can easily destroy your finances, if you allow it to. It can be a terrible addiction, like sugar or food, and just like a food or sugar addiction, it can be cured, with some amount of smart work. Please don’t take your impulsive spending lightly. Put together a plan, TODAY, to stop it. Both your wallet and your relationships will thank you for it.
